tucker's court of honor
last nite, tucker had his court of honor. he is now an eagle scout! i was put in charge of the dessert table. i had seen that eagle thingy and thought the court of honor was the perfect situation to warrant a hanging eagle.
mom and pop drive from utah to join in on the festivities. mom did a wonderful job playing the piano for the evening. and everyone loved the quilt that was draped over the piano. it was a special family quilt that craig's grandma gave to me and fit perfectly into the evening's theme.
megan, eli, david, my mom, tucker and my dad. eli, 14, (our cousin) also received his eagle scout! he worked very hard to get his eagle at such a young age.
megan was one proud momma. maybe not so much when eli used the phrase "screw it" in his acceptance speech though.....
after sitting through an evening listening to tucker's accomplishments and watching a slideshow of his life, i realized what a good little man he is. i am so proud of him and cannot wait to see all the fun he has in college.
