how obsessed am i with new york? let me count the ways:
1. rockefeller center, early in the morning.
2. exploring the city with my two best friends.
3. the crowd at the today show.
4. al roker. here's what happening in YOUR neck of the woods.
5. wrinkles much?
6. tina fey prolly should not have worn a dress wherein she had to adjust EVERY one second.
7. speaking of mizzzz liz lemon..... here's the home of my favorite show.
8. the fabulous subway. would choose subway over taxi any day.
9. THE most amazeballs pizza we have ever consumed.
10. it might be cliche that the best pizza was under the brooklyn bridge. cliche but true.
11. outside powerhouse arena. fun, but semi r-rated bookstore.
12. my mom's attempt to take the same picture of me. apparently the fedex truck was more important to her than the bridge.
13. walking around greenwich village.
14. doing things we wouldnt do back home.
15. doing things i WISH we could do back home. like shop at the coolest trimmings store on the planet.
16. feeling the ghost of fashion weeks past.
17. after the best (and MOST expensive) meal of my life. lobster rolls to die for.
18. attending a broadway show. at first, just to mock.....
19. but then we ending up loving it. who could mock this face?
20. the longest escalator. look how tiny my mom looks.
21. a little bit of bergdorf.
22. this hat in the BG christmas room was over $400! so we just bought the smallest ornaments possible just so we could get the shopping bags.
23. balthazar.
24. new favorite, momofuku milk & bakery. i look like i kill people. which i would, if they got in my way of these cookies.
25. my rain boots. these puppies did their job well.
26. spending a touristy nite in times square.
27. shopping.
28. gorgeous store displays.
29. some of my loot from the big city.
i honestly wish i could live in new york. but visiting with these two is the next best thing. thank you, mom & megan, for some of the best couple days of my 25 years.
