summertime in sandpoint
my mom saw a lady at the mariners game with this color nail polish on her toes and loved it. we're not sure if it translated well, but it is bright and summer-y. perfect for our trip to sandpoint.
the ladies.
mi papa y mama, taking a romantic ride on the jet ski. gag.
could you fit MORE people on a boat? i felt like i was on pirates of the caribbean because we riding so low on the water.

documentation of the first time in tagg's life that he sat still for more than thirty seconds. the boat lulled him into a trance. i loved it!
bridge jumping. this is anna, mid-air. it didnt seem that scary when i was looking up from the water. but when i got up there to jump myself, it was a different story. but i still jumped and it was a rush.
when we werent on the water or in the kitchen, we were all making friendship bracelets.
not too sure about the jewelry, but i was glad taylor showed up to the party.
jeff and shelly on the dock.
tucker.
cousins, getting ready for a boat ride.
our fearless (no really, fearless. he whipped that boat around like no ones business) cap-eee-tan.
this would be a sweet moment if it didnt look like kelley was picking taylor's nose....
taylor, getting thrown off the tube.
becky and holly. two of the biggest yellows you will ever meet. we LOVE them.
jon.
on thursday nite, the adults took holly's bus into town for dinner. the teenagers watched tagg for me so i could go. yes!
shelly and jeffe. we all LOVED the kitschy jazz singer who serenaded us throughout dinner.
my date.
later that nite we roasted marshmallows over the bonfire and told embarrassing stories. too bad there wasnt a tape recorder around....becky's was a doozy.
my mom, me and megan.
taylor and kelley.
my dad and mom helped out so much with tagg on the trip. i couldnt have done it without them.
after the fire, we moved the group inside for a DANCE PARTY. thats right, we can party just like the rest of them!
getting into it. when i was a teenager, at an efy dance, a guy told me that i move better than a black girl. i take that title seriously now.
bffs.
mackenzie and kelley.
who wants to fit three girls on a tube when you can fit four?
probably someone who knew this would happen! SO much fun though.
asking for one more ride around.......
with my two best friends. i cant even explain the selling of my soul i had to do to get my mom and megan on this tube.
but it was worth it. they loved it.
until megan had had enough and started towing herself in.
tagg loved sandpoint. he especially enjoyed playing in the fountains in the backyard.
basking in the glorious idaho sun.
on our ride home, we stopped by the coeur d'alene outback. of course.
tagg was loving the crocodile outside outback.
tagg and i are so grateful that we have fabulous friends and family. we are so blessed. (wink) we had a great time in sandpoint (seriously, i am obsessed with that place) but were glad to get home to craig and louis.
