a couple of weeks ago, craig and i were asked to take on the calling of nursery for our ward. before i go on, i must say that i have a strong testimony of my religion and how the structure of our church works, therefore i would never entertain the thought of turning down a calling. with that said, if i was to ever graciously decline a calling, nursery would be it. (i guess that is usually how it works.) anyone that knows me, knows that it is kind of ironic that i am with a bunch of kids for a couple of hours each sunday. anyway, we have done nursery for two weeks now. it is actually a lot of fun. all of the kids are very cute and i am grateful for this new opportunity. however, the kiddies can be as cute as they want to be, they are still little hot-boxes of germs. i tried to wash my hands until they were raw for the two hours we were in there, but i guess it didnt work. now i am a miserable pregnant lady with a sore throat and runny nose. side note: i love watching craig play with the kids. ever notice how when a man is good with kids it makes him more attractive? it never hurts to be more attracted to your husband, right?
