halloween!
october was an incredibly busy and fun month. and every holiday season is better with these three!
quick throwback though. i bought these pjs when tess was a few weeks old so she could wear them this year. but i forgot how quickly babies grow so she was already big enough for them back in may! so i hurried and put them on her and took a few shots so i could always remember the cutest baby wearing the cutest jammies.
and she knows it.
we went to value village to find a few items for my halloween costume and found this gem. ha!
i had the pleasure of going to remlinger farms with sully and his preschool class. it is one of my favorite traditions.
craig and i dressed as tom brady (deflated football and all!) and gisele (soap box breastfeeding and all) for our friends annual halloween costume party.
the boys.
group shot. i love our friends. we always have so much competitive fun together.
we also threw kaitlin and emily their baby showers. we went to dinner at din tai fung, painted pottery at the paint the town, and inhaled molly moons. a perfect night.
we remodeled our mud room. i love how it turned out. tess makes it cuter too.
we had a great night at rod & cheri's ward trunk or treat.
the moon was out and my vampire and werewolf were really feeling it.
our favorite witch!
passing out candy at the trunk or treat.
sully looked so perfect for his school halloween party.
tagg had told all of his friends that he was going to be creeper for halloween. so there was no turning back. man, that thing was a beast to construct AND wear. but he loved it.
meow!
this was my first official year hosting the donut party. i was pretty dang nervous. knowing that all of my closest friends and family were counting on delicious donuts was a lot of pressure. but with the help of my mom and becky i did it! look at that dough rise baby!
and craig did a great job getting the yard ready. his pumpkin ghosts are always such a hit.
i spy tagg!
and i spy tess with a creepy elsa braid. :)
tess is like "that better be for me".
nice chocolate glazed nose, tagg. clearly he had had his share.
donut party success!
and in case we hadnt hit our calorie limit for the month i made my grandma's traditional pumpkin cookies. she made these every year when i was a little girl. i remember always eating them cold because we ate them straight from the box shipped from her home in oregon.
after a perfect evening of pizza and trick or treating. the torrential rain paused for the exact hour that we were out trick or treating. a halloween miracle.
